Whether a survey is run in a particular location depends on receiving the required number of participants during the particular registration period. Therefore, it is important for you to get your peers signed up in a given location to ensure that the survey is run in that country.
The cost of each survey per country is US$900 for NGOs and US$1,500 for non-NGOs. Although you will be asked to submit your billing contact when you register, you will not be required to make payment until your survey is run.
